This includes participating in the ongoing planning, monitoring, and communication of activities of the program participants.</span> <span>The Overnight Drop-In Support Mentor must also demonstrate effective guidance and discipline techniques continuously. The Overnight Drop-In Support Mentor is expected to follow the Personnel Policies, including Workplace Health and Safety Policies, Operational Practices, and the goals of Life’s Journey Inc. in completing their duties.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>This position works collaboratively with other members of the Participant Care Team including other Overnight Drop-In Support Mentors and Program Manager.
