administrating services, resource and programming, proficient at identifying program needs, the Coordinator collaborated with identified stakeholders to find innovative solutions. The Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing meaningful programming activities and events aligned with Life's Journey values.</span></p><p><span>Administration responsibilities includes budgets, documents, reports and transactions (e.g. payroll, mileage &amp; expenses), coordination of outreach services, report writing, record keeping and , overseeing work incentives, all within legal, safety, policy and program requirements.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span>The Coordinator provides leadership/supervision, coaching/guidance, feedback and coordination for staff on performance and employment issues. This includes program personnel recruitment, interviewing, hiring, providing support and supervision to staff, coordinating staff schedules and day-to-day program needs. The coordinator will work with the Foster Care, Cluster Housing and Shift Staffed Residences as designated by the Program Manager.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span>As part of a service team, the coordinator works with the Clinical Case Manager and Program</span></p> <p><span>Managers, to communicate effectively with all parties, maintaining a positive, efficient, and</span></p> <p><span>respectful workplace, ensuring employees are coached and supported to meet high work standards.</span></p> <p><span>Also included, are cooperation and collaboration with other agencies and organizations.
